The 9th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament was held June 3, 2017, at Ted Rhodes Golf Course, located at 1901 Ed Temple Blvd. in Nashville, Tennessee. Thirty-eight golfers teed off at 8am. Registration, breakfast snack, and warm-up began at 7am. The Golfers played eighteen holes of golf, enjoyed good food, drinks and fellowship. The first-place winner was the team sponsored by Citizens Bank who consisted of Robert Cooper, Joy Cooper, Milton Woods and Bob Moore. All proceeds from the event benefited the Gwendolyn V. Smith Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Elite Sponsor for the tournament was Frogstreet. The 10th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held June 2, 2018, at Ted Rhodes Golf Course.
